Basic equipment of Octopus series sprayers

The basic version of Krukowiak's Octopus series of sprayers includes models in suspended and trailed versions. Depending on the version, these sprayers are designed to carry out treatments in shrub crops and in row crops, where it is necessary to support the spray stream with an appropriate air flow. Octopus sprayers can be equipped with two types of attachments, type SAD/P and SAD/T. Each of these attachments consists of a radial fan with a diameter of 470 mm and a maximum capacity of up to 16,000 m3/h, with a worm streamer that distributes the air stream evenly to 10 pipes ending in specially designed diffusers in which nozzles have been mounted. Sprayer attachments differ from each other in their supporting design adapted to specific spraying applications.

    Octopus 600/SAD/T - tubular with up to 10 tubes terminated with air diffusers, an attachment equipped with a beam that allows to perform treatments on strawberry plantations
    1000;1500;2000/SAD/P - radial attachment with 10 air ducts terminated with air diffusers (nozzles), suspended on a beam of lattice structure with adjustable vertical and horizontal spacing of diffusers
    1000;1500;2000/SAD/T - radial attachment with 10 air ducts ending in air diffusers (nozzles), suspended from a hydraulically unfolded beam, the diffusers have the ability to adjust the spacing depending on the width of the strawberry rows (average 80 cm )
