Terms and Conditions

These Regulations define the general conditions, rules and manner of rendering services electronically by AGRO-RAMI RANIŚ I WSPÓLNICY SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ with its registered office in Kościelna Wieś, through the agrorami.pl website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").

§ 1 Definitions

  1. Terms and Conditions - means the terms and conditions of the Website.
  2. Website - means the websites under which the Service Provider operates the Website, operating in the domain agrorami.pl
  3. Contract - means a contract concluded at a distance, under the terms of the Regulations, between the User and the Service Provider, through the Website.
  4. Service provider – oznacza AGRO-RAMI RANIŚ I WSPÓLNICY SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ z siedzibą w Kościelnej Wsi (62-811), ul. Poznańska 19, NIP: 6080074994, REGON: 300839532, wpisaną do rejestru przedsiębiorców Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego prowadzonego przez Sąd Rejonowy Poznań – Nowe Miasto i Wilda w Poznaniu, IX Wydział Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego pod numerem KRS 0001024623, o kapitale zakładowym w wysokości 500.000 złotych; e-mail: kontakt@agrorami.pl, będącą jednocześnie właścicielem Serwisu Internetowego. Numer BDO – 000076524.
  5. User - means an entity using the functionality of the Website, for which services are provided by the Service Provider, having full legal transaction.

§ 2 General terms and use of the Website

  1. All rights to the Website, including property copyrights, intellectual property rights to its name, Internet domain, webpage, as well as to templates, forms, logos belong to the Service Provider, and the use of these rights may be carried out only in the manner specified and in accordance with the Regulations.
  2. The Service Provider will endeavor to make use of the Website possible for Internet users using all popular Internet browsers, operating systems, device types and Internet connection types. The minimum technical requirements for using the Website of the Service are a web browser of at least Internet Explorer 11 or Chrome 110 or FireFox 109 or Opera 95 or Safari 11 or later, with Javascript enabled, accepting cookies, and an Internet connection of at least 512 kbit/s. The Website of the Service is responsive and dynamically adjusts to any screen resolution.
  3. The Service Provider uses the mechanism of "cookies" files, which are saved by the Service Provider's server on the User's final device when the Users use the Website. The use of "cookies" is aimed at the correct operation of the Website on the Users' final devices. This mechanism does not damage the User's final device and does not cause configuration changes in the Users' final devices or in the software installed on these devices. Each User may disable the "cookies" mechanism in the web browser of his/her end device. The Service Provider points out that disabling "cookies" may, however, make it difficult or impossible to use the Website.
  4. It is forbidden for the User to provide content of an unlawful nature and for the User to use the Website or the services provided by the Service Provider in a manner contrary to the law, morality, violating the personal rights of third parties or the legitimate interests of the Service Provider.
  5. The Service Provider declares that the public nature of the Internet and the use of services provided electronically may be associated with the risk of obtaining and modifying Users' data by unauthorized persons, so Users should use appropriate technical measures to minimize the aforementioned risks. In particular, use anti-virus and identity protection programs for Internet users.
  6. The User is entitled to use the resources of the Website solely for his own use. It is not permissible to use the resources and functions of the Website for the purpose of conducting activities by the User that would violate the interests of the Service Provider.

§ 3 Services

  1. The Service Provider provides electronic services to Users free of charge. Services are provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  2. Usługodawca świadczy na rzecz Użytkowników, drogą elektroniczną następujące usługi nieodpłatne:
    • Formularz kontaktowy;
    • Newsletter;
    • Formularz do przesłania CV.
  3. The Contact Form consists of sending a message to the Service Provider using the form provided on the Website. In order to use the service, the User fills out the form provided on the Website and sends the completed form electronically to the Service Provider by selecting the appropriate function found in the form.
  4. Cancellation of the Contact Form service is possible at any time and consists in ceasing to send messages to the Service Provider.
  5. The Contact Form for submitting a resume involves sending a message to the Service Provider via the form located on the Website, under the tab: "Job Opportunities" message to the Service Provider with an attached resume and/or cover letter.
  6. Z usługi Newsletter może skorzystać każdy Użytkownik, który wprowadzi swój adres poczty elektronicznej, wykorzystując w tym celu formularz rejestracyjny udostępniony przez Usługodawcę na Stronie Internetowej Serwisu. Po przesłaniu wypełnionego formularza rejestracyjnego, Użytkownik otrzymuje niezwłocznie, drogą elektroniczną na adres poczty elektronicznej podany w formularzu rejestracyjnym link aktywacyjny, w celu potwierdzenia zapisania się na subskrypcję Newsletter. Z chwilą aktywacji linku przez Użytkownika zawarta zostaje umowa o świadczenie drogą elektroniczną usługi Newsletter.
  7. Usługa Newsletter polega na przesyłaniu przez Usługodawcę, na adres poczty elektronicznej, wiadomości w formie elektronicznej zawierającej informacje o nowych produktach lub usługach w ofercie Usługodawcy. Newsletter przesyłany jest przez Usługodawcę do wszystkich Użytkowników, którzy dokonali subskrypcji.
  8. Każdy Newsletter kierowany do danych Użytkowników zawiera w szczególności: informację o nadawcy, wypełnione pole „temat”, określające treść przesyłki oraz informację o możliwości i sposobie rezygnacji z usługi nieodpłatnej Newsletter.
  9. Użytkownik może w każdej chwili zrezygnować z otrzymywania Newsletter’a przez wypisanie się z subskrypcji za pośrednictwem odnośnika zamieszczonego w każdej wiadomości elektronicznej wysłanej w ramach usługi Newsletter.
  10. Cancellation of the free service Contact form to submit a resume, is possible at any time and consists in ceasing to send inquiries to the Service Provider.
  11. The Service Provider is entitled to block access to free services, in the case of the User's acting to the detriment of the Service Provider or other Users, the User's violation of the law or the provisions of the Regulations, as well as when blocking access to free services is justified by security reasons - in particular: breaking the security of the Website by the User or other hacking activities. The blocking of access to free services for the aforementioned reasons lasts for the period necessary to resolve the issue forming the basis for blocking access to free services. The Service Provider shall notify the User of its intention to block access to free services by e-mail to the address provided by the User in the content posting form.

§ 4 Complaints

  1. Użytkownik może zgłosić Usługodawcy reklamacje w związku z korzystaniem z usług świadczonych drogą elektroniczną przez Usługodawcę. Reklamacja może być złożona w formie elektronicznej i przesłana na adres elektroniczny Usługodawcy. W zgłoszeniu reklamacyjnym Użytkownik winien zawrzeć opis zaistniałego problemu. Usługodawca niezwłocznie, lecz nie później niż w terminie 14 dni rozpatruje reklamacje i udziela odpowiedzi na adres poczty elektronicznej Użytkownika, podany w zgłoszeniu reklamacji.
  2. Usługodawca umożliwia Użytkownikowi będącemu Konsumentem, skorzystanie z pozasądowego rozwiązywania sporów konsumenckich.

§ 5 Personal data protection

  1. The rules of Personal Data protection are posted in the Privacy Policy.

§ 6 Withdrawal from the Contract

  1. A user who has concluded a remote contract may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating a reason.
  2. The period for withdrawal starts from the date of conclusion of the contract.
  3. Użytkownik może odstąpić od umowy, składając Usługodawcy oświadczenie o odstąpieniu. Oświadczenie można złożyć na formularzu, którego wzór został zamieszczony przez Usługodawcę na Stronie Internetowej Serwisu pod adresem: Formularz odstąpienia. Do zachowania terminu wystarczy wysłanie oświadczenia przed jego upływem.
  4. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, it is considered not concluded.

§ 7 Termination of the contract

  1. Both the User and the Service Provider may terminate the contract for the provision of electronic services at any time and without giving reasons, subject to the preservation of the rights acquired by the other party before the termination of the aforementioned contract and the provisions below.
  2. The parties may terminate the contract for the provision of electronic services by making an appropriate declaration of intent, in particular, using any means of remote communication, in a manner that allows the other party to review it.

§ 8 Final provisions and amendment of the Regulations

  1. The content of these Terms and Conditions may be recorded by printing, saving to media or downloading at any time from the Website.
  2. The Service Provider shall inform the User who is a Consumer about the possibility of using out-of-court procedures for handling complaints and pursuing claims. The rules of access to these procedures are available at the offices or on the websites of entities authorized to handle disputes out of court. These may include, in particular, consumer advocate or Provincial Inspectorates of Commercial Inspection, a list of which is available on the website of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection at http://www.uokik.gov.pl/spory_konsumenckie.php. The service provider informs that at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ a platform for online dispute resolution between consumers and businesses at the EU level (ODR platform) is available.
  3. In the event of a dispute arising on the basis of the concluded contract for the provision of electronic services, the parties will seek to resolve the matter amicably. The governing law for the resolution of any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be Polish law.
  4. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Regulations. All contracts for provision of services by electronic means concluded before the effective date of the new Regulations shall be executed on the basis of the Regulations that were in effect on the date of conclusion of the contract for provision of services by electronic means. The amendment to the Regulations shall come into effect within 7 days from their publication on the Website. The Service Provider will inform the User 7 days prior to the effective date of the new Regulations about the change in the Regulations by means of a message sent by e-mail containing a link to the text of the amended Regulations. If the User does not accept the new text of the Regulations, he/she is obliged to notify the Service Provider, which results in termination of the contract in accordance with the provisions of §7.
  5. Contracts with the Service Provider are concluded in the Polish language.
  6. The Regulations shall come into force on 12.02.2021.
